We deeply value the trust our donors place in us. The Custos Foundation will never sell, trade, or share donor personal information with any third-party organizations for marketing or fundraising purposes, nor do we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.
Donations are processed through Donorbox, a secure third-party fundraising platform, with PayPal serving as the underlying credit card/payment processor. These tools provide industry-standard encryption and PCI compliance to protect your payment information.
We may collect and retain donor data such as:
  • Name, email, and address for tax receipts and acknowledgments
  • Donation amount, date, and frequency
  • Payment method and transaction status (never full credit card numbers)
You can choose to donate anonymously or request the removal of your personal record at any time by emailing our records manager at info@custosfoundation.org.

6. Email & Mailing List Communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or communications via our website, your contact information will be securely stored in Mailchimp, our third-party email marketing provider. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email.
